Boxabl is a new company based in Las Vegas Nevada specializing in modern folding houses. These box homes are delivered to your backyard and can be unfolded in under 2 hours. These boxes come fully furnishes with appliances.
NUMBER OF MODELS AVAILABLE
Boxabl currently only sells their Casita model but plans on adding different-sized modular homes in the future. The Castia model is a 375 sq. ft. studio space with one bathroom.
BASE PRICE
For $50,000 you get a fully move-in ready house with amenities. What’s not included in that price is your land and site setup. This can include utility hookups, foundation, landscaping, permits, and more. Depending on your location and the complexity of your site, this cost can range anywhere from $5,000 to $50,000.
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
Boxabl’s Casita model has no customization options.

WHAT CODES DO THEY COMPLY WITH?
Boxabl buildings conform to and exceed the requirements of any building code. Boxabl will come with state modular approval. Modular approval is great because it reduces local inspections and the plans are pre-approved at the state level.
WHERE DO I GO TO DEAL WITH THE PAPERWORK AND PERMITS NEEDED?

WHERE DO THEY SHIP TO?
Boxabl can ship these anywhere in the world. A rough budget might be $2-$10/mile from Las Vegas.
DO THEY OFFER A WARRANTY?
Boxabl will offer a standard warranty that comes with every unit and an upsell warranty with more coverage. Boxabl hasn’t defined this just yet and we will update as details become available.
PROCESS LENGTH
Boxabl hopes to be shipping by the end of 2021 or early 2022, before that they will reach out with the next steps to our backlogged orders. The timeline is subject to change. Setup will only take less than a day.

Strengths
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Weaknesses
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
